We are a small store and our stock consists of a limited amount of handmade product and one-of-a-kind items. Due to this fact, in regards to online sales, we are unable to accept returns of any kind (excluding goods damaged during shipment) and all sales are final.

All products are thoroughly examined for any damages prior to shipping to ensure that you receive the item in excellent condition.

In the case that you receive an item that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt) so we may assess the situation and arrange for either an exchange for the same item or, in the case that the item is unavailable, a return authorization and refund. An exchange or refund is contingent upon inspection of the item once we have received it. Because we use PayPal we're not able to process returns to anyone other then the purchaser of an item.
